RA Retractable Awnings – £100 Refer a Friend Voucher Terms and Conditions



1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Refer a Friend” program (“Program”) offered by RA Retractable Awnings (“Company”). By participating, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

• Referrer: An existing customer of RA Retractable Awnings who refers a friend to the Company.

• Referred Friend: A new customer who has been referred to RA Retractable Awnings by a Referrer.

• Reward: A £100 voucher provided to both the Referrer and the Referred Friend upon meeting the eligibility criteria.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• The Referrer must be an existing customer of RA Retractable Awnings.

• The Referred Friend must be a new customer who has not previously made a purchase from RA Retractable Awnings.

• The Referred Friend must complete a purchase of £500 or more (excluding VAT and any discounts) from RA Retractable Awnings.

• The purchase must be completed within 6 months of the referral date.

4. Reward Details

• Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will receive a £100 voucher upon the Referred Friend’s qualifying purchase.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5. Redemption Process

• Upon the Referred Friend’s qualifying purchase, both parties will receive their vouchers via email within 30 days.

• Vouchers can be redeemed against future purchases from RA Retractable Awnings.

6. General Conditions

• The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referred Friends.

• The Company may suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Any fraudulent activity or breach of these terms may result in disqualification from the Program.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data collected in connection with the Program will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
